Stappers

Here’s a very simple workout that will energize you.  For 20 minutes, complete as many cycles of the following as you can with little to no rest.

6 Let Me Ups  - a form of a pull-up with your body parallel to the ground. 

12 Alternating Side Lunges - wide side stepping with straight back with knees bending to 90 degrees

10 Regular Pushups
