"Sparkling" Protein Shake
So if you want to sizzle up your protein shake and cut the calories of milk, fruit, or other mixers, why don’t you try sparkling water? I use Isopure Zero Carb (Mango Peach is my favorite) and it mixes great with water for an excellent taste. The carbonation just adds more zest for the morning! Try it.
